You may find some of the questions somewhat personal, but you must realize that our aim is to find the right puppy for each buyer, and that the welfare of the pup for its entire life is our prime concern.

3. Are you interested in a male or female? Do you have a color preference?
4. Are you looking for show/breeding potential? or  strictly a quality pet? (Our show potential puppies are generally sold on co-ownerships to prevent irresponsible breeding or change of ownership. All companion puppies are placed on Non-Breeding registration and must be spayed or neutered.)
5. What qualities of the Mastiff captured your interest and made you want one? When did you first hear of the Breed?
6. Where have you researched the Breed?

8. What type of training/school do you have planned for your puppy?

11.  Have you ever given any pet away or returned a dog to the breeder?  If so, what were the circumstances?
12. What breed(s) of dog have you owned, and what became of them? If you have owned a Mastiff before, where did you get him/her?
13.  If you have never owned a giant breed before, have you seriously researched the breed and discussed together what the impact of owning one will have on your family?
14.  Are you financially committed to feed, house, transport and medicate such a large dog?
15.  Are you willing to spay/neuter?
16.  Are you in preference of a Puppy? Older pup? Adult? Rescue?
17.  How long are you willing to wait for a puppy?
18.  What living arrangements have you planned for your Mastiff?  Describe your home and yard, and where the dog will be. Do you Own or Rent?
19.  Where will the dog sleep?  Where will the dog be while you are at work? How many hours will the dog be left alone?
20.  Does the whole family travel often? Who looks after the dog if and when the family is away?
21.  Are you willing to crate your pet for short periods of time?
22.  Are you willing to contact and keep the breeder informed if any problems develop? Send lots of pictures?
