Ryder (AKA Knobby)  always wants to be the center of attention and vocalizes his displeasure should he ever be cast to the sidelines. Shame on me for not making the time to involve Ryder in every possible dog activity.  Awesome with kids and other animals, Ryder will gladly hold the fort at the Pet Fair.  He is very athletic and “tidy” for a boy of his size. He was a Puppy Group winner @ 10 months,  and at only 21 months of age, Ryder went Best Bred by Exhibitor Dog at the Mastiff Club of America National Specialty.  Ryder also pulls carts and sleds and hauls groceries in his back pack.

Ryder is a very slow maturing dog like his father.  He has great angles, a strong topline, a nice head, and tight feet, but  Ryder's best features are his excellent side gait, and bomb-proof temperament.  He is a proven sire of puppies with nice structure and bone, beautiful heads and excellent temperaments.  As he ages, he gets more and more like his dad.

Ryder is “bomb-proof” and he is producing bold, gorgeous puppies with incredible movement and scissors bites. He has an excellent front; straight and clean, with nice tight shoulders. He is well angulated with a good topline and tight cat feet. At 8 years old he still possesses excellent health and sound movement. He consistently produces offspring better than himself, which is the mark of a good stud dog.  Temperament, head, angulation, pigment, and movement are among the qualities that Ryder stamped on his puppies.
